1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to OnChain Wallets ("Platform"), a service provided by TLS ARQUIVOS DIGITAIS LTDA ("Company", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 40.298.095/0001-96). By creating an account, accessing, or using our Platform, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, strictly do not use our services.
2. Services and No Financial Advice
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
2.1. Informational Purpose: OnChain Wallets is strictly a data aggregation and analytics tool. We provide blockchain data visualization for educational and informational purposes only.
2.2. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE: Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Company is not a broker, financial advisor, or exchange. You should not treat any data on this Platform as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any crypto asset.
2.3. User Responsibility: You acknowledge that the crypto market is highly volatile and involves significant risk. Any investment decision you make is your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any financial losses or damages incurred.
3. Account Registration
3.1 To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Third-Party Authentication: We may use third-party service providers to manage registration and authentication. By creating an account, you acknowledge that your basic profile data (such as email and UID) may be processed by these providers to ensure secure access to the Platform.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Using the data for money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract source code from the Platform.
- Interfering with the proper operation of the Platform (e.g., DDoS attacks).
5. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Reliance
5.1. Nature of Blockchain Data: The Platform aggregates data from public blockchains and third-party sources (APIs). While we strive to provide accurate and real-time information, we cannot guarantee that the data is always error-free, complete, or up-to-the-minute.
5.2. Third-Party Dependencies: We rely on external service providers for certain data feeds. We are not responsible for discrepancies caused by third-party API failures, blockchain network latency, "reorgs," or technical glitches outside our direct control.
5.3. "AS IS" Service: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and proprietary algorithms on the Platform are the intellectual property of TLS ARQUIVOS DIGITAIS LTDA, protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLS ARQUIVOS DIGITAIS LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you may have additional rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws that cannot be contractually waived.
10. Officil Communications and Anti-Phishing
10.1. Authorized Channels: The Company will only communicate with Users through the following official channels:
Email: Official emails will only be sent from the domain @onchainwallets.io.
Telegram: Our official Telegram support/announcement channel will be linked directly on our Platform's official website.
10.2. User Vigilance: We will never ask for your password, private keys, or seed phrases through any communication medium. You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication claiming to be from us.
10.3. Unofficial Channels: Any communication received via Discord, X (Twitter) DMs, WhatsApp, or other domains not listed above should be considered unofficial and potentially fraudulent. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from interactions with unauthorized impersonators.
11. Billing and Payments
11.1. Subscription Services: Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. All billing, including upgrades, downgrades, and renewals, is processed via third-party payment processors. For detailed information on billing cycles, proration, crypto payments (future), and specific refund conditions, please refer to our full[Payment and Subscription Policy].
11.2. Payment Notices: All documentation related to your account, including invoices, payment receipts, and subscription status updates will be delivered to your registered email address via the @onchainwallets.io domain or directly from our payment processors.
11.3. Refunds and Cancellations:
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
Refund Requests: To request a refund, you must send an email to support@onchainwallets.io within the timeframe allowed by law.
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, users residing in Brazil may request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of the initial purchase.
General Policy: Outside of the mandatory 7-day period, all payments are generally non-refundable and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In case no refund is approved, the purchased products will remain available until the end of the paid for period of usage.
