Payment and Subscription Policy

1. Nature of Transaction (No Crypto Trading)

1.1. Software License Only: By subscribing to OnChain Wallets, you are purchasing a non-exclusive license to use our data visualization software.

1.2. Fiat Currency Priority: Unless otherwise explicitly stated (see Section 7), all payments are processed in FIAT currency (e.g., USD, EUR, BRL) via credit/debit cards. OnChain Wallets is NOT a cryptocurrency exchange, wallet provider, or money transmitter. No cryptocurrency is bought, sold, or transferred during the payment process for our standard credit card subscriptions.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

2.1. Recurring Billing: Your subscription allows access to premium features (“Pro Plans”). By subscribing, you authorize us (via third party payment processors) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.

2.2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. Upgrades and Downgrades (Proration)

3.1. Upgrading Your Plan: If you upgrade your subscription level (e.g., from Tier 1 to Tier 3) during a billing cycle, the upgrade will take effect immediately. We will charge you the difference between the new plan price and the remaining value of your current plan (pro-rated amount).

3.2. Downgrading: If you downgrade your plan, the change will generally take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

4. Modifications to Supported Networks & Services

4.1. Third-Party Dependency: Our services rely on third-party APIs and blockchain network stability. We reserve the right to discontinue support for specific blockchain networks or features if technical issues, API failures, or network instability occur.

4.2. Service Migration: In the event a specific network is discontinued, we may, at our discretion, migrate your active subscription to an equivalent plan on another supported network.

4.3. Refunds for Discontinued Services: If we are unable to provide a suitable alternative, or if you do not agree to the migration, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund covering only the remaining unused days of your current billing period. You agree that this pro-rated refund is your sole remedy in such cases.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid period.

5.2. Refund Policy: General: Except as provided in Section 4.3 or required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. EU/UK/Brazil Residents: Users in these jurisdictions may have specific withdrawal rights (e.g., 7 to 14 days) mandated by local law, provided they have not fully utilized the digital conten

6. Failed Payments

6.1. If our payment processors cannot charge your payment method (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we may suspend your access to the Pro features immediately until payment is successfully processed.

7. Cryptocurrency Payments (Future Provisions)

If and when the Platform supports direct cryptocurrency payments (e.g., USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum), the following terms apply:

7.1. Volatility Risk: You acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile. The amount required for a subscription is fixed in FIAT currency (USD/BRL). We are not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates between the moment you initiate a transaction and the moment it is confirmed on the blockchain.

7.2. Network Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring you send the correct asset to the correct network address (e.g., sending USDC via ERC-20 vs. SPL). Funds sent to the wrong address or network are permanently lost and will not be refunded or credited.

7.3. Refunds in Crypto: If a refund is legally required for a payment made in cryptocurrency, we reserve the right to refund the original Fiat value of the transaction, regardless of the current price of the token. Alternatively, if we choose to refund in tokens, we will not cover any network fees ("gas fees") incurred in the return transaction.

7.4. Tax Compliance: You are responsible for any tax implications of spending crypto in your jurisdiction (e.g., capital gains events upon disposal of assets).
